Prices have gone up over the past year or so and availability is low so keep that in mind when listing a price. The Average price of a 1 bedroom in Texas is $ 1300-$1900 - 2 Bedroom $1600-$3000 - If you list a price range lower than the going rate of apartments I will send whats available. What is your price range? ( No section 8 clients at this time due to low inventory)

Broken Lease or Eviction: You can only have 1. It must be a year old. List whether its a debt or eviction & the year below and how much you owe. YOU MUST BE FLEXIBLE ON AREA!
