What day can you physically view or virtually view homes and apply? Do not pick a date unless you have fees and deposits ready to go & are serious. We are commission and work hard for our serious clients. Viewing hours are 8am-9pm daily.

When do you need to move? If you choose a date further than 30 days from now you will view homes online that are coming available but not yet ready to tour or move in.

What is the total income for every adult in the home? You must make 3x rent gross income monthly to qualify for all homes.

Price Range - The average rental home price in Texas is about $2000 per month. Yes there are some as low as $1500 and some as high as $4000. It all depends on the area, size of the home, age of the home and availability.
