You must make 3x rent gross income monthly to qualify. Household total MONTHLY income before taxes must be $4500 & above for all cities. That includes verifiable income from all sources. No credit below a 550 is accepted. No recent backgrounds or open bankruptcy will be accepted. No foreclosures. All rental homes require 1 month's rent for a deposit due after you're approved unless they are running some type of deposit special.
