No credit below a 500 is accepted. No recent backgrounds or open bankruptcy will be accepted. For all rental homes they require 1 month's rent for a deposit due after you're approved unless they are running some type of deposit special. What day can you view homes and apply? Viewing hours are 8am-8pm daily. If you're not planning to move within the next two weeks the homes will most likely be occupied and you can't tour inside. We will provide pictures, floor plans and addresses so you can view the neighborhood and the outside of the homes. Viewing hours 8am-8pm any day of the week. Homes lease every day so only view the day you are able to apply. If you view today and do not apply until tomorrow the house will most likely be leased.

Do you have any utility companies reporting on your credit as past due or an old debt?
Do you have any pets? The limit is usually 2 pets. I have one company that allows 3. No agressive breeds accepted. List your pet weight and how many pets you have below.
Do you have a broken lease or eviction or any property debt? If so list the year and the amount you owe below. Most rental home companies will consider 1 property debt over 2 years old. They will not accept any recent evictions or multiple bad rental history.
Any criminal background information please list the year and the offense below. The rental home companies I use will not accept any recent charges, violent charges or multiple offenses.
